Hi There! I’m Joan, founder of Moon Negotiation. I established this business after having countless women approach me for negotiation advice when I was a negotiation fellow at Harvard, researching gender bias in negotiation. I was further energized by this work when they gave me feedback that they felt so empowered and excited when they were able to negotiate successfully. I continue this work with the goal of making these strategies accessible to all women.
