What To Say & How To Say It…
By asking probing questions and deep listening, I help you create a strategic plan for the entire negotiation process – figuring out what you want out of this negotiation (beyond salary), what to say, and how to say it in a way so that the person on the other side of the table will be receptive to you.
In this premium service, I’ll create a tailored roadmap using research-based negotiation strategies to navigate bias and increase the likelihood of obtaining your desired outcome.
Hi There! I’m Joan, founder of Moon Negotiation. I established this business after having countless women approach me for negotiation advice when I was a negotiation fellow at Harvard, researching gender bias in negotiation. I was further energized by this work when they gave me feedback that they felt so empowered and excited when they were able to negotiate successfully. I continue this work with the goal of making these strategies accessible to all women.
